Part-Time Sales Associate

📍 Greenpoint, Brooklyn

We're looking for a shoe-fitting, kid-wrangling, giggle-friendly team member — someone outgoing, welcoming, and energized by connecting with young and old customers alike, who helps the kids feel comfortable and the parents feel confident in their purchase decisions.

What you'll do

• Open and close the store according to established procedures
• Greet and assist customers with a positive, welcoming & warm attitude
• Expertly size kids' feet and help through the shoe fitting process
• Use product knowledge to make thoughtful recommendations and guide customers through their shopping experience
• Efficiently process transactions, including ringing up purchases, gift wrapping items, and enrolling customers in our Loyalty Program
• Ensure every transaction is completed with care and accuracy
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked sales floor
• Assist the team with tagging, organizing, and preparing the floor for incoming product

Who you are

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of retail or customer service experience, have experience working with kids ages 0–5y, are detail-oriented, dependable, and enjoy the rhythm of a fun, sometimes loud, fast-paced retail environment.

• 🗓️ Part-time · 3–4 days/week
• ☀️ Must work both Saturday & Sunday
• ⚡ Availability to begin immediately
